CATEYE/chrome poder can be used 2 different ways!
To apply like chrome first apply top coat no wipe (Zulay Toughened) cure for 15-20sec (Zulay lamp)
Different lamps will be different times .
Rub powder directly after cure and top coat to seal in.
CATEYE application:
In a small container or pallet add a small amount of powder w/ spatula and a pea size toughened top coat and mix well together. If needed add more gel or powder until consistency is not thick. Apply layer of gel with gel brush onto nail and use magnet if you want to add effects. Cure in lamp when happy and top coat to seal .
