Order Policy & Terms

By placing an order with Zulay’s Nails, you agree to the following terms:

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Zulay’s Nails is not liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by USPS.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. No refunds will be issued for undelivered orders under these circumstances.

Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days but is not guaranteed. Delays caused by USPS are beyond our control.

Tracking information is provided via email once a shipping label is created. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.

Risk of Loss
All items are shipped securely; however, Zulay’s Nails is not responsible for damage caused during transit or by external conditions (including handling or weather). Customers may purchase optional shipping upgrades (e.g., Priority Mail with insurance) for additional protection.

Billing & Verification
Billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders may be held or canceled if verification is required and not provided.

Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances once an order has been placed and/or shipped.
